The Basque Country's Local Sustainable Development Observatory has access to the information of the local sustainability policies stored by each local authority - status of the assessed actions, calculated indicators, result reports, etc.-, which allows municipal information aggregated at the level of the Basque Country to be obtained.

The information that the Basque Country's Local Sustainable Development Observatory is obtained using the e-mugi tool, an online application developed within the network to manage and assess the action plans and calculate municipal indicators.

The Udalsarea 2030 Technical Secretariat as the Basque Country's Local Sustainability Observatory centralises the global manage of the e-mugi. The application allows the reports on the contribution of the municipalities to the SDGs to be prepared. These documents set out the main achievements of the local sustainability policies in the Basque Country as regards the SDGs and the aspects to be strengthened and worked on in the coming years.
